<h3 class="wp-block-heading has-text-align-center">Studiu aplicat: afinele si performanta in conditii de hipoxie</h3>



<p>Un studiu publicat in <em>Journal of the International Society of Sports Nutrition</em> (2021) a analizat efectele consumului de pulbere de afine la alergatori recreativi expusi la o proba de efort in conditii de hipoxie (oxigen redus, similar altitudinii).</p>



<p><br>Rezultatele au aratat ca, desi performanta pura (distanța parcursa) nu a fost modificata, <strong>nivelul de lactat din sange dupa efort a fost</strong> <strong>semnificativ mai scazut</strong> la cei care au consumat afine. Acest aspect sugereaza o adaptare metabolica mai eficienta si o capacitate crescuta de refacere.</p>
