<p>Un studiu publicat in <em>Journal of the International Society of Sports Nutrition</em> (2021) a analizat efectele consumului de pulbere de afine la alergatori recreativi expusi la o proba de efort in conditii de hipoxie (oxigen redus, similar altitudinii).</p>



<p><br>Rezultatele au aratat ca, desi performanta pura (distanța parcursa) nu a fost modificata, <strong>nivelul de lactat din sange dupa efort a fost</strong> <strong>semnificativ mai scazut</strong> la cei care au consumat afine. <p>Mancarea in general este considerata sursa de energie, insa e mult mai mult de atat. Este de fapt cea mai puternica unealta pe care o avem la indemana sa ne slefuim starea de sanatate, dispozitia si chiar performanta sportiva.</p>



<p>Dieta este cel mai important factor care influenteaza sanatatea intestinala, deci si sanatatea organismului. <strong>Cele mai bune alimente sunt cele care hranesc bacteriile de la nivelul microbiomului, deci alimentele bogate in fibre, si anume plantele. Consumul zilnic de fibre ar trebui sa fie de minim 30 de grame de fibre pentru un microbiom sanatos.</strong></p>

<p>De asemenea, definitia unui microbiom sanatos care sa elibereze in urma procesarii hranei substante favorabile sanatatii, precum postbioticele (acidul butyric &#8211; butiratul) este un microbiom care contine o diversitate foarte mare de specii bacteriene prietenoase precum Lactobacilus, Bifidobacterium, Akkermansia muciniphila etc. Astfel se impune recomandarea consumului unei diversitati cat mai mari de plante &#8211; <strong>cel putin 30 de plante diferite pe saptamana</strong>, si prin plante intelegem: legume, leguminoase, fructe, cereale integrale, nuci si seminte, plante aromatice si condimente.</p>



<p><strong>O alta categorie importanta nutritionala care impacteaza in mod direct performanta sportiva dar si sanatatea organismului in general ar fi proteinele, care sunt necesare producerii neutransmitatorilor care influenteaza la distanta contractia si sinteza masei musculare dar si sanatatea mintala si metabolica a organismului. </strong>Proteinele pot fi luate din carne slaba, de preferat alba (pui, curcan, peste), oua si lactate dar si din plante. Cantitatea de proteine consumata zilnic ar trebui sa ajunga la 1.5 grame/kg corp, aproximativ 90 &#8211; 100 grame/zi pentru un adult de 65 kg.</p>



<p class="has-vivid-green-cyan-background-color has-background"><strong>Ajungem astfel la regula 30-30-30 care inseamna 30 grame de fibre zilnic, 30 de plante diferite pe saptamana si aproximativ 30 grame de proteine la o masa.</strong></p>



<p>Toate acestea au un impact pozitiv asupra microbiomului ajutand in mentinerea unei sanatati intestinale, fizice si musculare optime.</p>

<p><strong>Recomandarile in vigoare pentru consumul de proteine, pentru o persoana care face antrenament de rezistenta cu ridicare de greutati sau exercitii cu greutatea corporala este intre 1.5-2 grame proteine/kgc.</strong></p>



<p>Combinarea unei activitati fizice de rezistenta cu o dieta variata echilibrata si bogata in proteine sustine sanatatea musculara si previne scaderea afectiunilor cronice precum osteoporoza, dementa si bolile cardiovasculare.</p>



<p><strong>Un exemplu foarte elocvent de cum microbiomul influenteaza in mod direct performanta musculara si sistemul muscular este Urolitinul A. </strong>Acesta este un metabolit derivat de ellagitanine, fiind biosintetizat de microbiomul intestinal. </p>

<p>De asemenea, urolitinul are actiune antioxidanta protejand celulele de stresul oxidativ zilnic, si este implicat in reducerea sintezei colesterolului, imbunatatind sensibilitatea la insulina, iar la nivel muscular are un impact pozitiv pe tot sistemul musculoscheletal, ajutand la recuperarea rapida prin cresterea productiei de energie si crescand abilitatea de recuperare.
